Subject: Trade Topic: Formation of Atlantean Order Economic Trade Community (AOETC)

Atlantean Order Economic Trade Community is a community within The Atlantean Order.

Its main aim is to bring about economic integration among the alliance.

NationStates of this community are to have strong interest in ensuring that global trade is based on a strong rule–based multilateral trading system where goods and services can flow freely with minimum impediment.

NationStates of this community are not restricted on any political, economical and civil decisions within their own states.

Constitution

Its constitution is made up of – The Praetor, The Consul, and the Senate.

The constitution hold legislative and executive powers and is thus the main decision making body of the Community.

However, in time where there is dispute among constitution members , the Praetor has the final say in all decisions.

The constitution reserved the right to demand for any member of the community to be a trade partner and is also obliged to be a trade partner on request from any member states.

All members of The Atlantean Order are automatically, with no other options, part of this community.

Articles

Article 1

Open–door Policy

All members of the Atlantean Order are to set their trade to at least favoured with the Praetor, Consul, Senators and Commanders. No members are to deny favorable trade relationship upon request through telegram.

All disputes can be brought forward to the Constitution.

Article 2

No Containment

All members of the Atlantean Order are not to set their trade to embargo or blockade to any of the other members.

Only the Constitution has the power to call for an embargo or blockade on fellow members.
